WELCOME
Barnet Ju Jitsu Club has been teaching the Japanese art of self defence for over 40 years. Our style has evolved to be an effective combat self defence system covering striking, throws and ground fighting techniques. Come and train in a friendly ego free environment.

ADULT TRAINING
Every Monday & Wednesday - 8pm to 10pm

First lesson is free

Training fees:

£10 per session
​
£40 per year for license & insurance (payable after your first few sessions)
​
A typical session involves:
​
Warm up with stretching
​
Pad work for striking techniques
​
Break falls, learning to fall without hurting yourself
​
Practice of various techniques according to grade and experience
Shinken Shobu Keiko - Train as though your life depended on it
